HOTEL RESERVATION INFORMATION

Conference attendees must make their own reservations if they wish to stay at the San Jose DoubleTree.

  • The special hotel rate is $169 plus tax per night.
  • The rate is good Thursday, October 3 through Sunday, October 6 (leaving on Monday).
  • Includes special $15 self parking, per day per car with in/out privileges.
  • 72 hour Cancellation Policy prior to arrival.

Hotel guests:
Please park on the right side, facing the hotel
$15 self parking, per day per car, with in/out privileges with special hotel code booking, otherwise $30
Non-hotel guests:
Please park on the left side (convention entrance).
$15 self parking, per day per car, no in/out privilege

There will be a special parking ticket kiosk for us, that will give you the conference rate of $15 per day (versus $30).   Our FBWA hostesses, wearing yellow FBWA sashes, can help you locate it.

The San Jose DoubleTree Hotel is located at:

           San Jose, CA 95110
The hotel is less than five minutes from San Jose International Airport via free shuttle and ten minutes from downtown San Jose. Shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and several companies including Paypal, Roku, Yahoo, and NVIDIA, are all within five miles.
